This is a hunter guide on Skoll. Skoll is a level 80 Rare Elite Electric Snow Wolf! Spirit beast. Meaning he is only tamable and usable by BM Hunters. He is not trappable and has a recorded respawn of 10-24 hours but Im going to say its more of a 10-13ish hour respawn. Skoll has 5 spawn locations neither are better than another part from 2 of the locations being very close to another spawn.
