To activate the Subtitles put your mouse on top of the BOTTOM RIGHT square of the media player, THE ONE THAT IS IN THE RIGHT CORNER next to the sound and the full screen squares. (this one has a triangle in it) Put your mouse on top of it and it gives you an option to turn on closed caption, an arrow appears, put your mouse on top of it and then select English Subtitles.
