Yesterday shareholders of Citigroup actually voted no on a $15 million dollar pay package for the banks chief executive, Vikram Pandit. While the vote isn't binding, it was made possible thanks to parts of Dodd-Frank that mandated that public companies have a "say on pay" vote to express their opinions on compensation.
