I made a DSLR Camera slider for my Canon Rebel T2i and so far it has been great. Based off of the Indy Mogul $20 Camera Slider design, it has proven to work with a little bit of tweaking. Instead of putting a video head on the sliding plate, I just mounted a 1/4'' bolt for direct access into the DSLR.
All of these shots were shot, imported by Image Capture, Dropped into iMovie HD, and Exported. No color correction. I do think that iMovie HD converted it to 30 fps from 24fps. I shot in 1080p and exported it in 720p
