Its his 23rd birthday and Robert Gibbs a 700-pound young man from Livermore California creates a video of himself with a plea of a last ditch effort of help, that shortly after posting it on YouTube went viral just as he had pleaded he wished it would. Robert was clearly desperate having the courage to do a video asking for the assistance of anyone who would be willing to help him, asking for it to be shared, hoping it would go viral but likely not realizing exactly to what extent that help he was surely about to receive would be.

The still quite young Mr. Gibbs who has struggled with obesity since the tender quite impressionable age of only four, said he had become a prisoner in his own body, unable to stand for more than a few minutes before giving up and sitting back down though when he filmed his own cry for help was stuck in his bed, and he wants to enjoy his nephew, niece and possibly a family of his own one day. He wants to live! His only birthday wish being that he only wants to be allot healthier by his next birthday!

In 24 hours time Robert had about 200,000+ YouTube hits and calls from News Stations all over the world including 1 crucial call during one news crews interview from the producer of Weight Loss Guru Chris Powell who specializes in helping extremely obese people.
