The last line which I forgot to add:
Iikagen ni Shirou: The idea of this line is "Enough of that." "Cut it out." "Stop already." Something like stop messing around already. You'll notice that most of theses tsukkomi/boke manzai (comedy) ends with that.
At 5:28, the actual literal translation of the pun is actually vague that's why I made a different approach and connected the word that puns with kakatte (which I translated as "will own you.") in something that would make more sense.
