This is a video taken from my phone around 8pm tonight. We are standing by our garage looking north, you will see part of our white fence and also the rectangular window of our neighbors home in the lower portion of the video during the first min. Observing some red lights above the mouth of weber canyon from my home in south ogden/washington terrace approximately 10-15 miles away from my home. These were no rc aircraft or floating lanterns. A small light aircraft started approaching them from the south, the lights started to disappear one by one until there was only one left that ascended high into the sky and also disappeared from view. No words can explain this video does not do this justice they were so bright and just hovered moving up and down side to side.
