Yogscast - Guild Wars 2: Norn Part 2 - Hearts and Helping People
Instead of quest hubs, Guild Wars 2 has thousands of "hearts" on the minimap, which are NPCs who need your help. By killing things or doing tasks around these NPCs, they will eventually become your "friend" - at which point you gain experience, karma, and they also become a vendor you can buy stuff from! The "quests" are obtained dynamically and handed in automatically, and you can choose what to do and where - it's awesome.
