General Norton Schwartz announced that they're working on a new long-range bomber program that's already under way would involve 80 to 100 planes with a price tag of at least $550 million. They plan on making the planes stealthy, capable of carrying nuclear weapons and that it'll be optionally manned with a human pilot or there'll be an option to have them fly on their own, like a drone.
