Glossary:
✏ NCP - Nursing Care Plan; A tabulated form of paperwork, which lays out the patient's problems and the nurse's interventions. (Sounds easy, I know. BUT IT'S NOT.)
✏ DRUG ANALYSIS - When your Clinical Instructor calls on you to briefly report about your patient/s due medications, why they've been prescribed, and what precautions you should take for them. This happens several times in one shift.
✏ SUPER INFECTION - An infection following a previous infection
