*URGENT* Back up all GTA files! Not everyone can get it to work first attempt.

1.) Download iCEnhancer from
2.) Extract the files to a folder on your desktop.
3.) Open the correct folder for your version of GTA IV.
4.) Drag the files from the Main Files folder into your GTA IV directory.
5.) *OPTIONAL* Download the iCEnhancer Conifg Tool from
6.) *OPTIONAL* Download DKT70 HD Roads from
7.) *OPTIONAL* Drag the PC folder from the DKT70 HD Roads file into GTA main directory.
8.) Start the game and enjoy iCEnhancer. :D
