STEP 1
draw the player towards you to make the tackle. Then use the inside of your foot to tap or slide the ball sideways to dodge the tackle

STEP 2
use the inside of your other foot to push the ball forward. This will get the ball away from the defender and allow you to dribble into the space in front.
