I suffered a Patella Tendon Rupture in September 2008. It was misdiagnosed as an ACL (Anterior Cruciate Ligament) tear. I went around for a over a year with this diagnosis. I saw a physiotherapist who accused me of not trying hard enough. I knew something wasn't right when i failed to see any improvement after a year of gym work & sought a 2nd opinion. It was then that a specialist at Chelsea & Westminster hospital correctly identified the problem as Patella Tendon Rupture. It was another year before surgery. I had my surgery on Jan 07 2011 & i wanted to show anyone who has either recently had surgery or is going to have surgery that you can get back but it will take alot of hard work. Just have faith. I would be interested in seeing other folks in a similar situation put some videos up in response
