UN chief avoids saying terrorists using civilians as human shields
The Secretary-General headed downstairs from his office at the UN surrounded by security and spokespeople and waded into a group of eager reporters.
He briefed them on an extended overseas trip and then came to the point on Syria -- careful to avoid saying that opposition groups are using civilians as human shields.
